About Morgenstern
The Kunisaki Educational Community Morgenstern General Incorporated Association provides after-school day care services, child development support, free schools, youth programs, Youth Houses, and organic farming practices in the Kunisaki Peninsula, Oita Prefecture.
Our goal is to help people of all ages to discover their innate mission and challenges through interactions with the people around them and with nature, and to help them grow into truly free individuals.
Main Activities
In the lush land of Kunisaki, surrounded by nature, we provide a place where children can grow up healthy both physically and mentally.
Age range: 1st grade of elementary school to 18 years old
It's like a kindergarten or nursery school.
We offer preschoolers a variety of experiences in a rich natural environment.
Age: Preschool children
Through communal living in a renovated old house, farm work, and a variety of classes, students will learn about individuality and society.
Age: 18 and up (negotiable for those under 18)
We provide education based on the Steiner education advocated by Rudolf Steiner.
Age range: 1st grade elementary school to 3rd grade junior high school
Morgenstern operates its farms using biodynamic and organic farming methods.
